About the artwork

One of Germany's most beautiful castles. Burg Eltz in Wierschem, Germany. It has been built over the centuries and this is well reflected in the different building styles, from Medieval to Romanesque, Gothic and Baroque. It is beautifully tucked away in a valley in the forest, a forest that shows the principles of autumn so late September. A magical place.

Located in the Hunsrück region of Rhineland-Palatinate in Germany, is one of the country's best-preserved castles and has been in the possession of the same family for more than 850 years, who still live in part of the castle. The castle has a unique architecture with Romanesque, Gothic and Baroque elements, and is known for its picturesque and fairytale appearance. It has never been destroyed by wars, thanks in part to its strategic location and the diplomatic skills of its owners. Inside, the rooms are richly decorated with original furniture, works of art and a treasury full of gold and silverware. Burg Eltz attracts many tourists, who enjoy tours of the historic interior and walks through the surrounding protected nature reserves. The castle is often depicted in literature and media for its romantic and authentic medieval appearance and has served as an inspiration and film location.

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. Details on the exact delivery date will be sent after placement of the order. Depending on the shipping country the following delivery times apply:

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
