McDonnell Douglas F-4E Phantom II of the Turkish Air Force.
The McDonnell F-4 Phantom II is an American-made jet fighter made by McDonnell Aircraft, later McDonnell Douglas.
This fighter was one of the best jet fighters during the Cold War. Among other things, the plane was nicknamed Mig killer because it shot down quite a few Mig fighters during the Vietnam War.
The F-4E in the picture belongs to the Turkish Air Force and features a special livery to mark 50 years of F-4 Phantom service with the Turkish Air Force.
This photo was taken on 17 November 2024 at Eskişehir Air Base (Eskişehir Hava Üssü) during a special event organised due to the 50th anniversary of the F-4's service with the Turkish Air Force.
