Preparing a classic martini with olives is very simple. Take 60 ml gin, 10 ml dry vermouth, 1-2 green olives (without stones) and ice cubes. Pour the gin and vermouth into a mixing glass. Stirred, of course, and not shaken (as James Bond likes it), then it remains clear and does not dilute too much with the ice, which is carefully added. Don't stir for more than a minute! Then strain the drink into a pre-chilled martini glass. Now it's time to garnish: Stick the olives on a cocktail stick and add them to the glass. Tip: For a dirty martini, you can add some olive brine to give the drink a salty flavour. Too complicated? Then just use the poster.
