Magical morning in the Loonse and Drunense Dunes

The light dancing through the trees
Imagine a beautiful autumn morning in the Loonse en Drunense Duinen, near Waalwijk. The sky is filled with a soft mist and a warm glow of morning light. The sun's rays break through the trees from the right and form a spectacle of sun harps lighting up the path. On the ground is a carpet of brightly coloured orange leaves, while the trees frame the avenue in all their autumn splendour. This is not just an image, this is an experience.

What makes this place so special to me
Honestly? I really had to drag myself out of bed that morning. It was cold and it seemed like the fog would hide everything. But as I stood there and the sun sent its first rays through the trees, I knew I was in the right place at the right time. It was dead silent, except for the soft rustle of leaves under my shoes. I felt at one with nature. The light, the colours, the tranquillity-everything was right. It was as if nature showed its most beautiful face for a moment, and I was allowed to witness it.
