Hidden in the forgotten corners of the world, they lie there - the abandoned places that were once full of life and stories. Dilapidated buildings, scarred by time, they tell of times gone by and mysterious stories that only echo within the walls.

One such place is the staircase in an old castle. The majestic staircase, once trodden by royal guests, is now covered in dust and cobwebs. The weathered steps tell of past splendour and the echo of bygone footsteps.

The light falling through the broken window panes paints a fascinating play of shadows and light on the weathered walls. The atmosphere is mysterious and melancholic at the same time. You can literally feel the stories of those who once climbed these steps.

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. Details on the exact delivery date will be sent after placement of the order. Depending on the shipping country the following delivery times apply:

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
