About ‘Lighthouse on the beach of Texel, Netherlands’ by Teun Janssen
At the northernmost tip of the island, near De Cocksdorp, you will find the striking red lighthouse of Texel. The lighthouse stands in the dunes overlooking the shell beach and the nearby Wadden Islands of Vlieland and Terschelling. Texel is a popular vacation destination because of its nature reserves, beaches and cozy villages.
