Westhoofd lighthouse in South Holland just after sunrise. The banks of fog form around the lighthouse, which is a very special sight. This fog does not often form at sea because of the wind that is usually there. This morning there was no wind. On the right you can see the first sunrays entering the picture and colouring the fog.
The earth is art, the photographer is only a witness. This is my mindset when I take my photos. Conditions must be right before I take a picture.
