About the artwork

Something magical happens in our brain when we see symmetrical images. It has something reassuring and familiar, which is not surprising since many life forms in nature are built symmetrically.

Metaphorically, I also find the concept of symmetry special. Many movements in our lives are also symmetrical. Events repeat themselves, with good or bad luck, and if you look deeper, many situations are mirrors of our feelings and behaviour. The things you surround yourself with - people, events, environments - form your identity.

The moment you discover your own tipping points in this process, the most valuable insights arise.

The nice thing about this work of art is that you can hang it up in all kinds of ways; standing, lying down, turned around. In my shop, for example, you can also see the reversed black version of this work of art here.

What are the delivery times?

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. Details on the exact delivery date will be sent after placement of the order. Depending on the shipping country the following delivery times apply:

Is your order a gift for someone? We can create you a gift voucher that displays the artwork(s) you ordered, so you have something to give while the artwork is being printed. Just send us an e-mail and we’ll take care of it.

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
