The lighthouse of Le Tréport is located on the Normandy coast, at the end of the jetty "west" of the port's town, in Seine-Maritime, on the border of the Somme.
The building was built in 1844 to mark the entrance to the port and the mouth of the Eu Canal to the sea.
The lighthouse is 14 meters high and consists of a cylindrical tower in the colors white and green, the lighthouse has a halogen lamp and is 20 miles (37 km) long.
The lighthouse of Le Treport is automated and cannot be visited.
" It makes me happy to create memories "
I love to photograph in the French or Dutch countryside. Forests, countryside or by the sea. But also cities, towns and villages (especially in France) are my favorites.
Best regards ! Yvonne..
