About "Le Mont Saint-Michel"

About the artwork

This imposing building where I am specially drove down to paint after this there is beautiful to being on the border between sea and land. This composition and concept I've already figured out in advance, the dark threatening clouds, with some Harry Potter-style and appearance of the monastery itself.
But on the day I was there the weather was fine and the background of my head and made to painter knowledge. The monastery itself or from a distance watched beaten, while all surplus tourists of course not painted. The original painting measures 40 x 50 cm executed in oil paint and painted with a palette knife.

Abbey is also on the UNESCO world heritage list and we need to be very careful. It has also served as a backdrop in films and comic strips such as Suske and Wiske.

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
