Las Dunas de Maspalomas is a unique natural area in the Canary Islands because of its beauty and the variety of ecosystems it hosts. Protected by the government of the Canary Islands as a special nature reserve, the 400 hectares include a beautiful beach, living dunes of organic sand, a palm grove and a lagoon with brackish water. This mixture of desert and oasis is located on the coast in the far south of Gran Canaria and is surrounded by the famous hotels of the major tourist centre Maspalomas.
Landscape photographer and drone pilot Koen Henderickx will gladly take you on a discovery of the most beautiful places, both close by or a little further away.
His mission is to introduce people to the beauty of nature, from water, the land or in the sky via drones.
