About the artwork

Piazza Metallica, located on the complex of the former Thyssen Krupp blast furnaces, now the Landscape Park Duisburg Nord, after and during a rainstorm, illuminated by different colours of LED light, blue, purple, green and red, against the background of an evening sky coloured orange by city lights. The landscape park Duisburg Nord, in the middle of the Ruhr region, in German Ruhrpott, is one of Europe's most important industrial monuments, covering a total of 180 hectares.
This photo captures a brightly lit industrial facility at night, featuring a large steel structure with towering chimneys and a tall, illuminated chimney painted green. The scene is bathed in vibrant neon lights in shades of green, blue and purple, creating a surreal, futuristic atmosphere. The sky is intense orange, reminiscent of a setting sun or artificial light. The ground is wet and reflects the colourful lights. The complex metal frame and tubes of the structure are clearly visible, emphasising the industrial character of the location. This photo was taken on a rainy Saturday night in March 2019.

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers, mainly UPS and DHL (Depending on the country where it is delivered, this may vary). Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
