A reconstruction photo of the work of the painter KEES VAN DONGEN (1877-1968) He made this painting, the Parisian lady with dog (la Parisienne -(Dame au Chien) in 1920, in response to an invitation to participate in an exhibition with the theme "With the eyes of KEES VAN DONGEN.
Photographing this picture, finding the clothes together, making the enormous hat himself, editing it in Photoshop and border terrier puppy Iso, who gladly cooperated, became a huge inspiration to start photographing more remakes of KEES VAN DONGEN's work. After this, remakes of the work "Le Coquelicot", the woman with the red hat and the characteristic big black eyes and Deux yeux, (two eyes) from 1911, among others, were created. The latter painting became the image carrier of the great van Dongen exhibition at the Singer Museum in Laren.
