The famous Koppelpoort in Amersfoort. Many train passengers who travel from Nijkerk/Vathort along Amersfoort see this gate from their window. It is and remains an impressive defensive structure. At the time this picture was taken the evening sun was shining on the gate, hence the slightly warm color.
