Kolossi Cyprus. Kolossi Castle. The Castle of Kolossi is linked with the Knights Hospitallers at the time of the crusades. For many years it was their "Commanderie" a name later passed on to a rich desert wine still made from grapes harvested in the Limassol foothills.
