About ‘Koh Ror-Kloy’ by Walter G. Allgöwer

On the pearly white sandy beach of Koh Ror-Kloy in the Andaman Sea, the longtail boats dance like vibrant splashes of colour on a canvas of turquoise. The sun shines in an endless blue, while the boats rest majestically on the shore, ready to dive into the shimmering waves of the Andaman Sea. Their bows are ornately decorated with colourful bows that dance in the wind like cheerful spirits.
The vibrant palette of red, yellow, green and blue reflects the cultural diversity and lively energy of Thailand. The bows tell stories of faraway places and exotic adventures, while the boats themselves proudly represent the craftsmanship of their owners. The gentle breeze carries the scent of salt and tropical flowers, while the sound of the waves sings a soothing melody.

What are the delivery times?

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. Details on the exact delivery date will be sent after placement of the order. Depending on the shipping country the following delivery times apply:

Is your order a gift for someone? We can create you a gift voucher that displays the artwork(s) you ordered, so you have something to give while the artwork is being printed. Just send us an e-mail and we’ll take care of it.

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers, mainly UPS and DHL (Depending on the country where it is delivered, this may vary). Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
