About ‘Kittiwake’ by Rob Kempers Nature-Art-Landscape Photography
In itself, the Kittiwake is not such an unusual bird but during my trip to Svalbard, I saw this gull nibbling at the tip of the flagpole each time, peculiar and why I don't really have the answer but it could be that some erosion or salt deposits on the iron of the flagpole managed to attract the attention of this bird.

When you have been photographing for more than 50 years, you can talk about a passion.
I grew up in the analogue era and grew into the digital age.
I travelled the world as a photographer and made many photography trips. My preference lies with Nature and Landscape Photography, but in the winter months, I enjoy working with Visual Art or High-speed Photography. A technique that requires a lot of patience and technical insight.
I have been retired for many years…
