About ‘Kirkjufell, Iceland’ by Eddy Westdijk

Kirkjufell is a 463 m high mountain on the west coast of Iceland. It is claimed to be the most photographed mountain in the country. It was one of the filming locations for Game of Thrones season 6 and season 7. Kirkjufell contains volcanic rock, but is not a volcano.
We had to get up early to be at Kirkjufell in time for sunrise!…
