Julius Mordecai Pinkas (Vidin, Bulgaria, 31 March 1885 - Paris, France, 20 June 1930) was a Bulgarian-American painter and draughtsman of mixed descent: his father was a Sephardic Jew, his mother was of Serbian-Italian origin. Pascin's work, which is sometimes counted as expressionism, includes portraits and mostly erotic-tinged and satirical images, characterised by intermingling delicate colour shades.
