Jerzy Hulewicz (1886-1941) was a Polish painter, graphic artist, writer and art theorist. He was an important figure of Polish Expressionism and co-founder of the *Bunt* group, which represented an avant-garde art movement in Poznań. Hulewicz combined symbolist and expressionist elements in his works, exploring deep philosophical and spiritual themes. His artworks include paintings, drawings and woodcuts, often depicting dark and emotional scenes. In addition to his artistic activities, he was the editor of the magazine *Zdrój*, which promoted modern art and literature.
