Inveraray Castle is a rectangular fortress near the Scottish port town of Inveraray. The castle on the shores of Loch Fyne in the Scottish region of Argyll. It has been owned by the Dukes of Argyll since the 17th century. The building is built in neo-Gothic style and has four conical towers. The castle is partly open to the public. In 2012, part of Downton Abbey's Christmas episode was filmed in the building.
