A fairly regular habit when visiting a new city is to visit the local church or cathedral if there is one. And then you often marvel at what amazing buildings they are. Big and impressive that they are often so old and that it was possible to build like that back then. And that they are still there.
No less impressive, of course, is the interior of the building which in some religions is more exuberant than others.
This church was impressive for both reasons. It is the Munsterkerk in Roermond. Located on a large square with terraces.
