About "In the forests of Canada"

About the artwork

Canada's nature is beautiful! This vast expanse of ancient forest, with young green foliage, where the sun can just barely shine through between the trees, it has a magical atmosphere. Peace prevails, apart from the occasional sounds of wild animals, nothing can be heard here. The many fallen trees complete the picture, tree trunks that have fallen criss-cross over one another over the years, nature allowed to take its course freely, all this gives a timeless image of nature. I can enjoy this endlessly, standing still and listening and feeling and then finally trying to capture the atmosphere here with my photo camera. Canada is a country we visit regularly, my husband grew up here, and therefore it feels a bit like home for me too. We enjoy the vast nature immensely during our trips to this beautiful country. The vast forests, the beautiful lakes, the many species of impressive wildlife like bears, moose, coyotes, bison are an amazing experience to see and discover every time!

What are the delivery times?

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. Details on the exact delivery date will be sent after placement of the order. Depending on the shipping country the following delivery times apply:

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
