A photo of beech trees in the Emmerden pines. The foliage is so dense that the sun hardly reaches the ground despite the sunny spring day. The trees with their elegant branches are picture perfect green. For me the forest at its most beautiful.

I worked in the offshore industry for 20 years.
In 2000, I bought a second-hand digital camera at a Cash Converter in Belfast. It was nothing more than a little box. I wasn’t interested in photography until I could edit the photos on the computer. I was a multibeam data processor, so I picked up photo editing in no time. Since then, I’ve always taken my camera with me.
