About ‘Icons city of Groningen’ by Janet Edens

This is a print of a painting depicting some well-known icons of the city of Groningen. The Martini Tower (d' Olle Grieze), the Main Station, AA Church, Forum, Groote Griet, Three Sisters, the Town Hall and the Peerd van Ome Loeks.
I use acrylic paint, inks, stencils, spray cans, acrylic markers, etc.
This creates a hip, unique, trendy and modern work of art.

The colourful layering, use of acrylic and mixed media backgrounds characterise my work and own style.
