About ‘ICELAND Strokkur’ by Melanie Viola

The most famous hot spring area is in Haukadalur in the southwest of Iceland. Here you can see the Strokkur. Its eruptions occur regularly at intervals of about 10 minutes and sometimes up to three times in close succession. The boiling water column reaches a height of 25 to 35 meters. Lovely winter impression.
