"Hydrangea leaf on a watery reflective petrol/turquoise surface" is a macro photo of a hydrangea petal that has almost decayed. This has made the petal so thin that the beautiful structure of the hydrangea's veins can be seen very nicely. The colour of the leaf has taken on a kind of wood colour which I would describe myself as beige/brown.
The leaf lies on a reflective background with lots of small water droplets on it. This creates a (small) abstract reflection of the leaf in the surface. The colour of the surface is a kind of teal, petrol and turquoise (I find it difficult to describe this colour because it also has a gradient).
This piece could hang beautifully as a wall decoration in the dining room, kitchen, bedroom or just above the sofa! (Also of course beautiful in business spaces such as on the wall in a meeting room, office, waiting room or practice room!)
