About "Hong Kong"

About the artwork

I took this photo from Victoria Peak, Hong Kong. For my work I was allowed to go this way and in advance I had marked a number of locations to photograph including, of course, this location from where you have a great view of this unique city.

Armed with tripod, camera and some lenses, I headed in this direction. I had been here in previous years but if a location is good, I like to come back and try to make something "better" out of it.

Of course, being a landscape photographer always depends on the weather. This evening was not bad and it was reasonably clear. After the sun went down, the lights came on in the city. From then on, I am on and trying to shoot sharp and well-exposed compositions. The blue hour is over, time to head contentedly towards my hotel.

Finally, I get to work on photo editing at home, as there I have access to a large screen, a fast desktop and a Wacom drawing tablet and several software packages to quietly edit my photos and make them suitable for on your wall.

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
