About ‘Heathland in winter’ by Anna Koek

A beautiful photo of the hibernating heathland landscape of the Duurswouderheide in winter. The barren grass is so tall that the sheep grazing the heath in the distance have not yet emerged, and the long distances this heathland draws are easy to see. The quiet, cool landscape gives a peaceful winter look.
