About ‘Green canals in Groningen’ by Vincent Alkema

During the summer of 2020 the canals in Groningen turned green with duckweed. This resulted in this special scene. A fantastic color combination of blue and green and the orange lights of the streetlamps. The Hoge der A in Groningen is perhaps one of the most photographed places in the city, but these colors make the photo unique.
