About the artwork

A serene evening in Dwingelderveld National Park, captured in June 2024. As the sun slowly sets, the sky colours in soft hues of orange, pink and gold. The silence is broken only by the rustling of the grass and the gentle buzzing of insects.

A solitary tree graces the horizon and is perfectly reflected in the calm waters of the fen. The warm colours of the sky and their reflection create a dreamy image that emphasises the tranquillity of this Drenthe nature reserve.

The rising sky and calm water surface reinforce each other in a harmonious interplay of colour and shape - an enchanting scene that invites tranquillity.

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. Details on the exact delivery date will be sent after placement of the order. Depending on the shipping country the following delivery times apply:

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
