About the artwork

In the dim corners of the city, stories roamed about the red-haired surrealist gangster lobster, a legend in the underworld. His claws were sharpened knives, and his shell was armoured with mystery. No one knew his true name; he was called only 'Lobster' a shadow who embraced darkness and defied the law.

One night, under the faint light of the moon, Cancer prowled the streets, his red shell glistening like a jewel in the night. He was the king of the alleys, the master of the invisible realm. His gang obeyed him without question, afraid of his unpredictable fury.

But behind his tough shield school a secret: a longing for freedom, for a life without the burden of crime. Perhaps one day the day would come when Cancer would lower his scissors and disappear into oblivion, like a shadow that dissolves at dawn.

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. Details on the exact delivery date will be sent after placement of the order. Depending on the shipping country the following delivery times apply:

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
