About ‘GINKGO: Diptych II’ by Prikkebeen's Emporium

This part of a diptych shows an enlarged detail of a ginkgo leaf, composed of thousands of hand-placed dots. By zooming in on structure, line and rhythm, an image emerges that balances between botanical form and abstraction.

Up close, the details and repetitive nature of the dotwork are visible; from a distance, the two panels merge into a single calm, organic movement. The slow, concentrated process behind the work aligns with the symbolism of the ginkgo: resilience, balance and quiet growth. A beautifully elegant image on a calm, neutral background. Just the thing for a serene atmosphere in your space.

Beautiful to look at on its own, even better when paired with Part I. Anyone familiar with my tattoo work will immediately recognise that same attention to detail and organic style. Please note that colours may vary slightly depending on the material and screen display. Recommended size 60x60cm and larger.

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. Details on the exact delivery date will be sent after placement of the order. Depending on the shipping country the following delivery times apply:

Is your order a gift for someone? We can create you a gift voucher that displays the artwork(s) you ordered, so you have something to give while the artwork is being printed. Just send us an e-mail and we’ll take care of it.

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers, mainly UPS and DHL (Depending on the country where it is delivered, this may vary). Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
