About the artwork

French wine cellar.

An old, original French wine cellar with oak barrels exudes an air of tradition and craftsmanship. The cellar itself can be located in a historic manor house, a château or a picturesque vineyard. Upon entering the cellar, the senses are overwhelmed by the earthy scent of oak mixed with the rich aromas'of ageing wines.

Cellar walls are often constructed of natural materials such as stone, adding to the authentic look. The light is subdued, creating a mysterious atmosphere perfectly suited to the art of winemaking. Wooden racks along the walls support the rows of oak barrels, in which the precious wine slowly matures and develops its character.

The oak barrels themselves are works of art in themselves, with hand-carved details and often bearing the name of the winery and the year of harvest. The creaking sound of the cellar doors and echoing footsteps add to the atmosphere of timeless elegance.

This wine cellar reflects the rich history of the French wine tradition and symbolises the artisanal process required to produce excellent wines. It is a place where time seems to stand still, and each bottle tells the story of the land, climate and dedication of the winemakers.

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers, mainly UPS and DHL (Depending on the country where it is delivered, this may vary). Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
