About ‘Fog on the Drentsche Aa’ by Ron ter Burg

This place at the Drentsche Aa has had an enchanting impression on me for a long time. Every time I walk with the dogs along this spot I think of a beautiful picture of this place with fog and sun that make the composition with the single tree a beautiful picture. After two years the conditions are finally there to take the picture. It is autumn and foggy and this must be the moment to take the picture I had in mind. I was lucky, because the desired circumstances were there. This resulted in this photo.

Ron ter Burg (Groningen, 1969) is a free-lance photographer, born in 1969, living in Roden, in the Kop van Drenthe.
North of Roden lies the Lauwersmeer area and the Wadden Sea; south of Roden lies the beautiful wooded nature of Drenthe.
So for Ron the ideal environment to practice my passion, nature and landscape photography.

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. Details on the exact delivery date will be sent after placement of the order. Depending on the shipping country the following delivery times apply:

Is your order a gift for someone? We can create you a gift voucher that displays the artwork(s) you ordered, so you have something to give while the artwork is being printed. Just send us an e-mail and we’ll take care of it.

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers, mainly UPS and DHL (Depending on the country where it is delivered, this may vary). Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
