About the artwork

A magical foggy morning in February. The sun is trying to make its entrance through the deep cloud cover, already showing its colours and slowly warming up.
Mother goose is looking for her breakfast and then finds her spot on the water in the pond.

On the day I took this picture, I looked outside as I opened the shutters of my bedroom. What I saw was a foggy world. My feeling was immediate; I had to go into nature to photograph!

My intuition led me to this special place, the Elsbeemden in the north of Limburg. The smile (and maybe also a little tear) never left my face. Because honestly, I always get very emotional about special, magical moments... I strive to seek out and capture the magic of life. Because magic is woven into everything in life. During my walks in nature, my dog Bowie also enjoys all the beauty that our lives offer us. He is my supporter, through thick and thin! A beautiful image for on the wall, so that you can get lost in it day in and day out so that you also imagine yourself for a moment, in the Elsbeemden, on that misty morning in February....

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
