About "Flying raven watercolor with spots"

About the artwork

A wild watercolor drawing of a raven flying. The bird has both wings up and its legs dangle carelessly under its body. The bird looks at you with a clever gaze. The background are soft blue and greenish spots in watercolor and have been added digitally. The whole thing has a very dynamic feel to it.

The raven (Corvus corax) is the largest bird in the crow family.
The raven is significantly larger than the carrion crow and the rook. The head-to-tail length is 65 centimeters, the wingspan 1.20 meters and the weight averages 1250 grams. The beak is comparatively somewhat heavier and slightly curved. In flight, the bird can be recognized by its comparatively somewhat larger head profile and wider flaring, diamond-shaped tail. It also flies higher than mentioned species and with slower wingbeats, regularly hovering for a moment, while a crow flies more purposefully somewhere. Its sound is lower than that of crows.
Ravens are considered intelligent animals. It is said that ravens can form a pact with wolves. When a raven sees an injured animal, it is said to look for a wolf and attract its attention. After the wolf is done with the prey, the raven would then continue eating it. Ravens are also known to use "tools"; they use sticks to pick food from cavities and stones to crack nuts. The raven can imitate sounds from its surroundings, such as the human voice.

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers, mainly UPS and DHL (Depending on the country where it is delivered, this may vary). Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
