About ‘Fjaòrargljufur, southern Iceland’ by Edwin Kooren
The Fjaðrárgljúfur is a gorge in southern Iceland, just west of the town of Kirkjubæjarklaustur. Through this gorge flows the small Fjaðrá River which flows into the Skaftá River a little further down. The Fjaðrárgljúfur is a green gorge. It is varying in width, about 100 mr high and 2 km long.
