The silence in two hands

Sometimes the greatest tranquillity lies in the gentlest touch.

The foot, which has borne the weight of a whole life, is gently cradled by two hands. Hands that need not force anything, but simply listen. Every line, every tension and every movement tells a story of paths travelled, of busy days and quiet moments.

This watercolour is not just about a massage. It is about attention. About pausing for a moment in a world that never stops. The hands convey not haste, but trust. The foot is allowed to let go, the body is allowed to breathe, and the mind slowly finds space again.

Watercolour flows just as relaxation spreads: gently, without resistance and with a natural beauty. The colours remind us that care and touch speak a silent language, a language that needs no words. Because sometimes recovery does not begin with a major change, but with two hands that say: you may rest for a moment. This watercolour invites you to cherish that moment.

One of my favourite hobbies is painting watercolours. I often paint pictures based on photographs I’ve taken whilst on holiday. That’s how I bring lovely memories back to life on paper. I not only really enjoy painting with watercolours, but I also find it wonderfully relaxing. It brings me peace, creativity and, above all, a great deal of pleasure.

What are the delivery times?

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. Details on the exact delivery date will be sent after placement of the order. Depending on the shipping country the following delivery times apply:

Is your order a gift for someone? We can create you a gift voucher that displays the artwork(s) you ordered, so you have something to give while the artwork is being printed. Just send us an e-mail and we’ll take care of it.

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers, mainly UPS and DHL (Depending on the country where it is delivered, this may vary). Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
