"Extreme descent on longboard" captures the raw energy and adrenaline of a daredevil seeking the freedom of the mountains with nothing more than a longboard under his feet. In this work, I tried to capture the sense of speed, challenge and freedom that comes with longboarding and skateboarding at the cutting edge, in the middle of an imposing mountain landscape.

The image shows a longboarder tearing through the turn at unprecedented speed, the wheels almost floating above the road surface as the force of the descent pulls him down. The sharp lines of the road and the dynamic movements in the painting reinforce the sense of speed and danger. The mountains in the background give it an epic scale, making the brave longboarder seem almost puny compared to the mighty nature that surrounds him.

The contrasts between the warm colours of the longboard equipment and the cool, soothing hues of the mountain landscape symbolise the balance between risk and reward, between man and nature. "Extreme descent on longboard" is a tribute to the daring and perseverance of adventurers who push the limits of their own abilities, always looking for that moment of pure freedom.
