I was on the beach after sunset. The wind had been blowing hard over the past few months, so there was no longer enough space on the bench to put my feet on the ground at a normal distance. The moon was almost full; it’s just missing a sliver. A romantic scene for a bedroom, a summer cottage or somewhere in a hallway.
