Idyllic and fairytale like scene of ancient trees lining a footpath at the end of summer when the autumn colours are just starting to show in the ferns in the foreground.
I love this time of the year, just between summer and autumn. The yellow is just starting to show through in the green colours and everything still looks inviting and slightly subdued, which I prefer to the bright oranges of autumn.
Unfortunately, a few of these trees are no longer there, which affected me quite deeply as I have known them my entire life.
