A thick veil of mist covers the Hühnermoos, which rests quietly and mysteriously in the heart of the high moor on the Söllereck near Oberstdorf. The stillness of this morning is only interrupted by the gentle drip of condensation on the moss-covered ground. Like a silent witness to time, the wooden footbridge winds its way through the lush green meadows, interspersed with tiny, barely visible wildflowers. The trees - partly swallowed up by the mist, partly appearing in shadows - seem like shy guardians of an enchanted place.
The sky, cloudy and leaden, lets no direct sunlight through, and yet the landscape radiates a diffuse, almost unearthly glow. It is a place between dream and reality, between departure and persistence. Every step on the wet wood seems to be a step into another world - a world of silence, vastness and nature in its purest form.
This panorama captures not just a moment, but an entire mood: the feeling of being absorbed in the Allgäu upland moor, of becoming part of a greater whole - in the mist, in the light, in the gentle breath of the mountains.
