Empty faces is an ongoing project about mannequins. It fascinates me how they are looking into the world, without expression. In the silent world of mannequins, they seem to want human contact. Their expressionless faces conceal the desires and emotions, as if they want to be seen in a world that passes by without a moment of acknowledgment.
For me they represent the moments when I find it hard to connect to life and other people, the moments of loneliness.
