About the artwork

Emirates' Airbus A380 remains a phenomenon to behold, especially when it takes off from Schiphol Airport. This giant aircraft, with its double decks and four engines, is not only an engineering marvel but also a sight to behold. I stood in just the right spot as the plane detached from the wet runway, with the airport buildings in the background adding to the scale of the aircraft. Emirates' signature red and gold colours lit up beautifully in the soft daylight. For me as an aviation photographer, these are the moments you do it for, when size, power and elegance come together in one image. The A380 remains a rare icon in the sky and capturing its departure every time feels like something special.

What are the delivery times?

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. Details on the exact delivery date will be sent after placement of the order. Depending on the shipping country the following delivery times apply:

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
