About ‘“Ember Hydrangea III”’ by Ember Bloom

“Ember Hydrangea III” reduces the hydrangea to its luminous centre, lending the flower an almost abstract appearance. The densely arranged individual blooms stand out as dark silhouettes, whilst warm light in shades of golden yellow, orange and deep red radiates from within the flower head, shining through the petals.

The focus is on the fascinating interplay between light and shadow. The outer parts of the flower almost completely dissolve into the deep black background, drawing the eye directly to the gently glowing centre. The geometric arrangement of the individual flowers creates a calm, harmonious structure that combines botanical precision with an almost sculptural visual effect.

The generous black negative space enhances the sense of depth and makes the hydrangea appear to float almost freely in the space. The understated lighting emphasises the tranquil atmosphere of the subject and lends the work a particular elegance.

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. Details on the exact delivery date will be sent after placement of the order. Depending on the shipping country the following delivery times apply:

Is your order a gift for someone? We can create you a gift voucher that displays the artwork(s) you ordered, so you have something to give while the artwork is being printed. Just send us an e-mail and we’ll take care of it.

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers, mainly UPS and DHL (Depending on the country where it is delivered, this may vary). Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
