Scharendijke (Zeelandic: Schaerendieke) is a village in the municipality of Schouwen-Duiveland, in the Dutch province of Zeeland. As of 4 October 2019 the village had 1,275 inhabitants. Until 1961 Scharendijke belonged to the municipality of Elkerzee, after that it was the administrative centre of the municipality of Middenschouwen until 1997.
The village was built in the 15th century on a scissor dyke, a dyke on a deep tidal channel without mud flats in front of it. Initially, Scharendijke was little different than a hamlet where dike workers lived in addition to farm labourers.
The development into a real village only started in the early twentieth century, when a small harbour called Kloosternol was built here. This was mainly used for the transport of the madder plant, which was often cultivated on this island. In 1977, the harbour was expanded into a marina.
