This photo was taken at Diamond beach in Iceland.
Named after the diamond-like ice blocks on the beach.
The ice blocks come from Lake Jökulsárlón glacier.
There, blocks of ice break off from the glacier, float out to sea and are then thrown onto the beach by the sea.
When taking this photo, I tried to add some more dynamics to the photo by using a slow shutter speed and accentuate the Ice Block a bit. It also makes the photo a bit abstract.
Going to Iceland had long been a dream that finally came true.
