In September 1853 the Bätz-Witte-organ was inaugurated. C.G.F. Witte built a three-manual organ with a back positive. It was his first organ case in the so-called round arch style. Witte used pipework from the previous organ from 1761, built by Johann Bätz. He in turn had used pipework made by Stephanus Cousijns from 1666. The three statues on the main greenhouse were made by the Utrecht sculptor Joannes Rijnbout.
