The Hirschpark (deer park) is located in Hamburg's district Nienstedten, next to the Elbe. It became public in 1938. Up to then it was known as 'Godeffroy's Park'. A linden alley, some solitary trees (amongst which a big sycamore maple) as well as rhododendrons have been preserved. The name giving deer enclosure was founded about 1860.
